Privacy Policy

1Who we are

Galleria Limo Services is a chauffeured ground-transportation company based in Houston, Texas. This policy explains what we collect when you book a ride, call our dispatch line or use this website, how we use it and what control you have over it. It applies to this website and to the booking and dispatch process behind it.

2Information we collect

We only ask for what a ride actually needs:

• Booking details — your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, passenger count and the vehicle you selected.
• Flight information — airline and flight number for airport pickups, so we can track your arrival.
• Payment details — handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number on our own systems.
• Trip notes — child seats, extra stops, accessibility needs or anything else you tell us so the chauffeur is prepared.
• Website data — basic technical information such as browser type, device, approximate region and the pages you viewed.

3How we use it

• To quote, confirm, dispatch and complete your trip.
• To send you the confirmation, the chauffeur's name and vehicle details, and arrival updates.
• To reach you if a pickup time, address or flight changes.
• To take payment and issue receipts or corporate invoices.
• To keep records required for insurance, licensing and local regulation.
• To improve how the site and our dispatch process work.

We do not sell your information, and we do not rent or trade your contact details to anyone.

4When we share information

Your details are shared only with the people needed to deliver the ride:

• Your chauffeur — the name, pickup, destination and any notes relevant to the trip.
• Affiliate operators — where a partner company covers a trip outside our fleet, under the same confidentiality expectations.
• Service providers — payment processing, scheduling and communication tools we use to run the business.
• Legal requests — where a law, subpoena or safety matter requires it.

5Cookies and website analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand which pages people find useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some conveniences may not be remembered.

6Text messages and calls

When you give us a phone number, we use it to send trip confirmations, chauffeur details and arrival updates, and to call you if something about the pickup changes. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any message, or tell dispatch, and we will stop sending them.

7How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, insurance and regulatory purposes. Trip notes and preferences are kept while your account is active so repeat bookings are quicker. You can ask us to delete anything that is not required by law to be retained.

8Keeping it secure

Access to booking data is limited to the staff and chauffeurs who need it. Payments run through PCI-compliant processors, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable, industry-standard steps to protect what you give us.

9Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.
• Opt out of marketing messages while still receiving trip confirmations.

Call 713-330-6593 or email galleriatransinfo@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

10Children

This website is meant for adults making travel arrangements. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Minors travel with us regularly, and their details come from the adult making the booking.

11Other websites

Our pages may link to airlines, hotels, venues or map services. Once you leave this site you are covered by that company's privacy policy, not ours.

12Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Significant changes affecting existing bookings will also be communicated directly.
